Everyone is busy harvesting their fields.&nbsp; Everyone is thankful that the weather is perfect for harvesting.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/?attachment_id=29781\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/files\/2017\/09\/2005-268-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600px\" height=\"400px\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-29781\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">The Isnag harvest rice from the mountainsides using a small tool that fits in the palm of their hand and cut they the ripe stalks one at a time and gather them into bundles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/?attachment_id=29782\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/files\/2017\/09\/IMG_1238-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600px\" height=\"400px\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-29782\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">The bundles are carried to the ridge where a platform has been built to dry them so that it will be ready to store for future use.&nbsp; It is a lot of work, but it is work everyone is thankful for. Months of preparing fields, planting, and   hoeing are bearing fruit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">Heidi and I are busy carefully picking words and gathering them into sentences, paragraphs, chapters and books.&nbsp; This past week, Heidi re-edited the back to English translation of Acts and we will be sending it off to our translation   consultant soon.&nbsp; With the village so quiet, I was able to rough draft Ephesians 2-4.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">Please pray that the good weather will last until harvest is finished.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">Please pray that God will give us the right words and the ways of using them to clearly communicate God&#8217;s word.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">Please thank the Lord with us that we are able to minister in the Philippines.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">Thank you for your prayers!<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">God bless,<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">Jonathan &amp; Heidi<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoPlainText\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--Posted by Email--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The rice fields that were verdant green a few weeks ago are turning golden yellow.
