Last week our neighbor, Nora, died and
the village had a wake that lasted several nights. Nora suffered from a
long term illness and doctors didn’t know how to help her. Everyone is wondering who
will win. As you can see from the picture above, 7-11 is running a sweet
election poll. Elections here in the past have caused a lot of unrest and
sometimes bloodshed. Please pray for a peaceful election and that God’s
will, will be done.

Our two college students, Carrie and Thomas, are finishing up their school
years and will soon be moving on to their summer activities. Thomas is going to leave Liberty and pursue an
online degree while living in Oregon. They would both appreciate your
prayers for their final tests this week and next.

Please continue to pray for the ongoing Bible studies and translation.

Thank you for your prayers,
Jonathan & Heidi

April was crazy busy and the one-after-the-other string of events continued right up until the end of the month.
