Heidi and I have been in the village for two months and it is time for us to go to the big city where we will help with NTM Philippines annual conference and attend leadership team meetings.

While we are sad that we won’t be here to teach for the next few weeks we are excited and happy that God’s Word is going to continue while we are absent. Our visitor last week brought 20 more Bible MP3 players and Heidi worked hard to get the previous 20 and the new 20 loaded with Bible passages, Bible lessons, and songs. The people are very happy to use these players and love to listen to them as they work or relax.

Leaving means a rush of last minute things: People wanting to say goodbye, people wanting us to get something in town for them, and people wanting help getting things fixed like the old treadle Singer sewing machine in the picture above.
