I&rsquo;ll give you a hint. It isn&rsquo;t me and it isn&rsquo;t Ronald. The guy between us is far more well known here. He is Manny Pacquiao, the Filipino boxer. <\/p>\n<p>Manny&rsquo;s cardboard picture was nice enough to pose with me while on a trip up north. One of the tasks the team and I accomplished was doing a survey of airports on the island of Luzon.
