{"id":914,"date":"2016-10-02T20:16:35","date_gmt":"2016-10-03T00:16:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jonathan-heidi-bamford\/?p=914"},"modified":"2016-10-03T08:33:12","modified_gmt":"2016-10-03T00:33:12","slug":"every-sunday-is-different","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jonathan-heidi-bamford\/2016\/10\/02\/every-sunday-is-different\/","title":{"rendered":"Every Sunday is Different"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Update for the First Week of October 2016<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/?attachment_id=26300\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-26300\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/files\/2016\/10\/img-1-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600px\" height=\"400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Every Sunday has a routine; things that normally happen.\u00a0 But every Sunday also has an element of surprise: a dog fight during singing or a child falling off of a bench or some other random event to keep us wondering what will happen next.\u00a0 Yesterday was not different in that it was different.\u00a0 For example, there was pre-service entertainment.\u00a0 The sun was beating down on the benches so David put up a tarp to give some shade and then he let the kids write on it with markers; which they really enjoyed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/?attachment_id=26301\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-26301\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/files\/2016\/10\/img-2-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600px\" height=\"400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then, ten minutes before the service started, the helicopter arrived bringing pilot, Zach, along with Sue Me from Faith Academy in Manila, and Tim and Peggy Langan from Westwood Baptist in Olympia.\u00a0 They had come in order to attend service and they were right on time.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/?attachment_id=26302\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-26302\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/files\/2016\/10\/img-3-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600px\" height=\"400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We enjoyed having them for the service and they toured the village and we had lunch together at the Maynard\u2019s house.\u00a0 They left and within 30 minutes the clouds had covered the ridges and rain was bucketing down.\u00a0 They hadn\u2019t departed any too soon.\u00a0 Sue Me is staying on for a couple more days.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your prayers.
