We apologize for the lapse in communication from us. We are all still alive and well, although our family has seemed to catch every flu and virus going around this winter. We are looking forward to Spring and warmer weather! 🙂 The girls have really enjoyed their year in school here at PCA and we are thankful for the many good memories they have made. Joseph has continued to work and we praise the Lord for the provision of this job that is enabling us to buy our tickets and other stuff to go back to Papua New Guinea. Larissa has enjoyed being home and not having to many other responsibilities besides taking care of our family. In that way it has truly been a year of rest for her. She has also enjoyed being involved with a Mom’s Time Out Group at our home church and also attending a Ladies Bible Study on Wednesday nights.
We have made a few trips to visit friends, family and supporters, but were kept home a few times by winter storms! It is a blessing to us to be able to share the
amazing things that the Lord has and is doing in the Madang Region of Papua New Guinea with those who have supported and prayed for us these past 8 years. We have a trip to British Columbia planned during the girl’s Spring Break and are looking forward to our time out there.
What’s Next?
We plan on making as many memories as we can during the next three months that we have left here in Canada. We’ve also been working on our paperwork to go back to PNG. One thing that we’d like to share with you is that we are trusting the Lord to raise our support level in the next few months. Right now we have about 65% of our reccomended support level. The Lord has always provided for our needs and we know that He will continue to do so. He is Jehovah Jirah. If you would like more information about how you can be a part of our minisrty in this way please let us know.
