    but it is the Lord\u2019s purpose that prevails.<\/p>Proverbs 19:21<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Prayer Requests<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

THANK YOU for your continued PRAYERS! <\/strong>We didn\u2019t post our last update publicly for a few safety reasons, so if you\u2019d like a copy please let us know. Joe has been in the US for 3 weeks now and originally when he left we honestly thought he\u2019d only be gone 4-5 weeks. However, he still has several tests and appointments scheduled up to the end of Oct. Also, airfare was very high last month so we thought it best if the kids and I stayed in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given that Gavin and Anora have birthdays soon, we were able to find cheaper tickets this month and Joe\u2019s health hasn\u2019t been the best – the kids and I will be joining him soon. We hope just for a month or 2, then we\u2019ll return to PQQ. After much prayer, we believe this is the best decision and we are trusting God with providing everything we need to follow through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specific Requests<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  • Pray for the doctors to decide well on what will be the best long term outcome for Joe\u2019s health and his patience during the process, so far his medication hasn\u2019t helped much, but it needs a few more weeks before they will decide if surgery is needed. (we found out last month he has a congenital condition – a main artery grew within the heart muscle)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Pray for the kids and I as we have a LOT of packing and cleaning since we\u2019ll need to empty our house and put everything in storage.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Pray for the kids and I as we travel, I am extremely nervous about it!<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Pray we can find somewhere temporary to live, my parents have an extra<\/strong> room, but it\u2019d be difficult especially with Joe trying to recover.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
