{"id":69,"date":"2010-06-30T14:41:50","date_gmt":"2010-06-30T18:41:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/josh-simmons\/?p=69"},"modified":"2010-07-12T22:09:16","modified_gmt":"2010-07-13T02:09:16","slug":"high-on-the-hog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/josh-simmons\/2010\/06\/30\/high-on-the-hog\/","title":{"rendered":"High on the Hog!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, we&#8217;ve been in Virginia now for about three weeks and things have been going terrific. \u00a0There are so many people to see and visit\u00a0that I&#8217;m not sure we&#8217;ll have time for all them. \u00a0But we have managed to block off some time for what has become one of my favorite past times&#8230;A HOG ROAST!!! Thats right, anyone who has ever been to one of these glorious events knows what I&#8217;m talking about. \u00a0We will start by selecting only the choicest of swine for our feast and then pour a wonderful BBQ sauce like concoction over it and then shut it up in a cooker at 225 degrees for 10-12 hours.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_72\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-72\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-72\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/josh-simmons\/files\/2010\/06\/IMG_22711-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"MMmmmm.....Goooooood!
