God is working and you are part of it with your prayers! Mark had a good week out in the tribe checking the revised Scripture to make sure it was clear and understandable. The Guahibo brethren and him finished 1 Cor., Acts and Galatians. Mid August we plan to have the two guys come back here to Bogot\u00e1. Our two co-translators are seen in this picture with light shirts, Luis and Arcesio.<\/p>\n

They will be here for a month and a half to continue plugging away at the revision of their NT. Recently, Arcesio\u2019s 11 year old son fell 15 ft. from a mango tree in the village we used to live in and had to be flown to the frontier town to get surgery. All went well and for a week the two will remain at the hospital. This situation may interfere a little with Arcesio\u2019s time with us.<\/p>\n

Pray for all of these upcoming revision times and the healing of his son, Fabian.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Guahibo believers have a good Topical concordance which I (Joyce) was able to put together over the years for them to use in their study of God\u2019s Word.<\/p>\n

Consuelo, our partner, is learning to live hour by hour, day by day and is presently waiting for her fourth chemo therapy. They ran out of meds.<\/p>\n
