Family in Brisbane!

Family News:

Lauren’s family met up with us in Brisbane Australia. It was pretty amazing as we anticipated her mom and little sister Samantha showing up, but when the van shuttle pulled up to unload her older sister Crystal and her family came too! David and Noah and Milo and Crystal pulled off an epic surprise as they kept everybody quite and off of Facebook to rock a great treat for our family. Luckily we had rented a 3 bedroom guest house to accommodate everybody.

Sammy Goes Tribal

After this short visit, Samantha came and stayed nearly a month with us in PNG. She got to see all of the aspects of our life. She got a chance to go to a bush location for a few days and enjoy Tribal Life. We loved having her and she provided so much encouragement to us as we’ve been away from our families for some time now! Ask her for photos as she has got stacks of them from her time here.

July 4th

Lastly, we got to celebrate the 4th of July. It was really surreal to be here in a country not our own but able to shoot some cheap bottle rockets and have a potluck. Both stations got together to enjoy fellowship and food. It was a great time.
