Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><em>Home Again\u2026<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>In the first days of October our team was excited to reunite and return to Mexico.\u00a0 I spent a week helping our new teammates, the Hypkis, pack and clean their house for the move.\u00a0 Once settled in Durango, my other co-workers and I got busy unpacking, sorting, canning meat, buying supplies, and re-packing for our return to the tribe.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_249\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-249\" style=\"width: 448px\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">We canned 25 lbs of meat<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><em><strong>The Building Goes On\u2026<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>One of our main jobs when we return to the tribe this week will be the construction of Hypki\u2019s home. &amp;nbsp;It already has outside walls and a roof, but is lacking stairs, a floor, plumbing, and framed walls inside. &amp;nbsp;We also have been using the \u201cshell\u201d of the house for storage.&amp;nbsp; This means we will have to move the 1500 adobe bricks we put inside in May back outside again\u2026&amp;nbsp; Fortunately for us, we have a great team of workers coming from another part of Mexico to help us with all this work.&amp;nbsp; We will host six fellow-missionaries for almost two weeks and hope to get a great deal accomplished.&amp;nbsp;The Hypki&#8217;s house still needs inside walls, plumbing, and a floor.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_252\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-252\" style=\"width: 614px\" there are many things that will require our attention when we return to the tribe, we will focus primarily on reconnecting with the people.\u00a0 We have been gone during the rainy season and want to spend time visiting all our friends and neighbors.\u00a0 We will also dive right into language learning and review.\u00a0 \u201c<em>Ni ki to kwal<\/em>?\u201d\u00a0 \u201cDid I say it \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>During the next few months, our co-workers the Alkires will be in the U.S. seeking medical help for Dan\u2019s back.\u00a0 Please pray for their family and that God would powerfully heal Dan.\u00a0 Please pray for Sarah as she homeschools their son, Josiah.\u00a0 Please pray for the Alkire\u2019s finances as they cover expensive doctor\u2019s bills.\u00a0 And please pray for our team as we continue to strive for unity across the miles.\u00a0 It is not easy to be apart, and we look forward to the day when our group can be complete and together.<\/p>\n<figure
