Actually, he mentions it twice!  My first thought was, &#8220;Did he write this book before his beatings, imprisonments, and other sufferings?&#8221; In fact he did not. Paul had already begun to experience the challenges of full time ministry in a hostile world but he had the mindset that it was still a privilege to serve his Savior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What a great attitude and one we need to keep as we wrestle through ministry and life in a hostile world.  A friend came in my office today and as we talked they reminded me that an ambassador doesn&#8217;t seek to fix the country where they serve, they represent the ONE whom they serve.  Thankful have the privilege of serving and representing a Good Shepherd among saints that seek Him.
