{"id":76,"date":"2010-06-09T05:36:18","date_gmt":"2010-06-08T19:36:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/keith-copley\/?p=76"},"modified":"2010-06-09T05:36:53","modified_gmt":"2010-06-08T19:36:53","slug":"copleys-return-to-america","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/keith-copley\/2010\/06\/09\/copleys-return-to-america\/","title":{"rendered":"Copley&#8217;s Return to America"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Thank You<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nWe want to say thank\u00a0you so much for your prayers,\u00a0generosity, and kind encouragement.\u00a0 \u00a0We have been amazed at how smooth our transition back to The USA has gone.\u00a0 Many of you have worked hard to make it all happen and we are truly grateful.\u00a0 We have enjoyed living between Angie&#8217;s brother&#8217;s house and Keith&#8217;s parents.\u00a0 Eventually we will need a more permanent housing arrangement, but need prayer about what will work best for our situation.<\/p>\n<p>Angie&#8217;s Mom has been discharged from the hospital and is in a long term physical therapy center.\u00a0\u00a0 Mom remains paralyzed on her right side.\u00a0 She cannot talk and cannot swallow.\u00a0 She has a long road to being at a point that she can come home, but we are confident in The Great Physician and appreciate your continued prayers.\u00a0 We are thankful that mom recognizes everyone and can communicate with us by shaking her head &#8220;yes&#8221; and &#8220;no&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0 We ask you all to pray especially for her encouragement as she is aware of her condition and must find it difficult not to be able to do all that she could do before her stroke and heart attack.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Current Plans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are getting settled and are ready to assume our normal Home Assignment activities.\u00a0 We are ready to start scheduling our visits with all of you that have been involved in our church planting ministry to PNG over the many years.\u00a0 If you would like\u00a0to get together, or arrange for us to speak to your church, Sunday school class, or small group, please contact us ASAP.\u00a0 We will\u00a0be traveling this summer and fall.\u00a0 We would like to have all our travels done by\u00a0January\u00a0which is when our Home Assignment was already scheduled to end.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It is a pleasure to serve HIM together with you,<\/p>\n<p><em>The Copley\u2019s<\/em><br \/>\nChurch Planters in PNG<br \/>\nDeuteronomy 32:3, 4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Angie&#8217;s mom had a massive stroke&#8230; but is recovering.
