{"id":194,"name":"Kenneth and Andrea Jack","url":"http:\/\/www.ntm.org\/kenneth_jack","description":"Ken considers Southern California his home, but moved a lot as a pastor\u2019s kid.  Although saved as a child, he later turned away from the Lord to spend his young-adult years vaccillating between an addiction and church involvement; he thanks the Lord for delivering him from that double life.  When he enrolled in New Tribes Bible Institute (Jackson, MI), he brought with him over ten years of construction experience and a determination to live for Christ 100%.  In 2001 he received a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Intercultural Ministries from New Tribes Mission and was ordained to preach by Temple Baptist Church in February 2002.\r\n\r\n\tAndrea was born and raised in Northern California.  Thanks to the influence of Christian parents, she trusted Christ as her Savior from sin at an early age.  Reading missionary biographies challenged her with the plight of those people without the Word of God in their own language.  While involved in her church\u2019s Christian school and in Child Evangelism Fellowship, she enrolled in Bible college by correspondence and eventually graduated from Tennessee Temple University with an A.A. in Biblical Studies.  After being commissioned by Elmira Baptist Church she spent five weeks in Papua New Guinea just before entering NTM\u2019s missionary training.\r\n\r\n\tWe met while attending New Tribes Missions Institute in Baker City, Oregon, and were married fourteen months later on December 30th, 2000.  Our first assignment with NTM (now Ethnos360) was at its Missouri language institute, followed by four years in Papua New Guinea's Sepik Region.  We count it a privilege to help send and keep other missionaries on the front lines and are currently serving at Ethnos360 Bible Institute in Waukesha, Wisconsin.","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/kenneth-jack\/author\/kenneth_jack\/","slug":"kenneth_jack","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/kenneth-jack\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/194","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/kenneth-jack\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users"}]}}
