We had planned to return last month to Guinea and our work among the Landuma people, but the Lord had other plans. He has led us<\/span> to serve Him for now at the NTM Missionary Training Center. We have been here since the first of October. The Lord provided a very comfortable apartment for us here on this beautiful lakeside campus, and we were quickly settled in. We immediately began joining classes and meeting with staff to learn our new roles here.<\/p>\n

Most days Yolanda helps with the childcare program, freeing up more student ladies to attend classes. Kirk sits in on classes each day, as does Yolanda when not in childcare. Most every day Kirk has opportunities to contribute from our years of experience church planting among the Landumas. It has been encouraging to us as students often tell us how much they appreciate the things we share in class, and the ladies often thank Yolanda for giving them an opportunity to spend more time in class.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have enjoyed getting to know the students, and have been having one or two couples over for a meal each week so we can get to know them better.<\/strong> It is exciting to see how our God continues to raise up gifted and committed young people \u2013 and some not so young! \u2013 to serve Him among the unreached people groups of the world.
