\"Macon<\/a><\/p>\n

Macon is halfway around the world and heading to one of the most primitive, isolated places on earth. It is an island country that is located above Australia and he will be somewhere in the mountain jungles on the western side.<\/span><\/p>\n

The terrain is very difficult and you travel there by helicopter or jungle plane. The airstrip was built on a hill. Macon calls the terrain ‘vertical swamps<\/span>‘ <\/span>because, well… that is exactly what it is. Mountainous and jungle swamp all at the same time. Mud, mud and more mud … they have one of the highest rainfalls in the world.<\/p>\n

It’s the people that impress you the most.<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong> The people Macon is visiting and filming, are some of the scariest looking tribal people you ever want to meet. The men wear gourds and the women wear shells and skirts. It’s going to be a challenge to get ‘church’ sanctioned shots. Some have clothes that they have gotten, but know nothing of washing them and usually wear them till they rot off. Kind of ‘Survivor’ style…..But it’s their smile that gets to you. They exude the radiance of new found faith in Christ, and it’s contagious…. Don’t miss out.. <\/span>\"Recording<\/a><\/p>\n

Once on the site, sign up to have the postings emailed directly to you. Then check out Macon’s team of talented people, plus look at other NTM film projects they have completed. <\/p>\n

Macon is working with some really cool guys who are well known in the Nashville scene as they manage site and video production events for well known stars as well as Christian speakers and organizations. They are very keen in what they do. You will get to see the team in action on some of the video production clips. <\/p>\n

Macon really has fun on these adventures and I am excited that we get to glimpse some of it while it is going on. Give it a look and let me know what you think. Kind of neat an old guy gets to do these challenging trips. Missionary life really is a blast most of the time.<\/span><\/p>\n
