\nIn this season of giving thanks, we are thankful for you, our supporters, who through your prayers and giving make it possible for us to pursue taking the gospel to a tribe that has never heard it. We feel so blessed and privileged to get to be a part of the Great Commission in this way.<\/p>\n

Have you ever wondered what our time support raising consists of? We thought it would be fun to share it with you in numbers. Each month, on average\u2026
\nWe make 112 phone calls, text messages, and e-mails to try to set up appointments. We have 20 appointments with people to share our vision and invite people to be involved. We make 52 phone calls to follow up with people after meeting with them. We write 59 thank you\u2019s. We spend 10 hours praying for our supporters. We take turns watching our 2 boys :). We spend 160 hours doing the above and various tasks to raise our support team and prepare for moving overseas. It has been a busy and fulfilling time. We thank the Lord for our 68 monthly financial supporters and our 277 prayer supporters!<\/p>\n

This month we returned from a week and half trip to Missouri. We had the blessing of sharing about our ministry at Faith Community Church in Kansas City, Calvary Baptist Church in Saint Joseph, and Savannah Avenue Baptist Church in Saint Joseph. Thank you, church families, for your prayers and support! We got to visit some friends and current supporters, as well as share about our ministry with some friends who hadn\u2019t heard about it before. I also got to get together with \u201cMaria,\u201d the girl I was witnessing to while we lived in Roach. Please continue to pray for her. While we were away, some of our supporters were working hard to represent our ministry at Friendship Church in Shokopee, Minnesota. Thank you!

\nWe hope that you are looking forward to sweet time with friends and family this Thanksgiving. If it is a stressful or difficult time of the year for you, we pray that you are able to lean on Jesus, our Friend and Savior, who has experienced and understands what you are going through, and is there to be with you in it all.<\/p>\n
