Mike and Gwen Klontz<\/strong> served in Bolivia, South America for 15 years.\u00a0 \u00a0They arrived on the field with four preschoolers of their own and soon became house parents to 13 more missionary children.\u00a0 Later on Mike and Gwen moved interior to a remote tribal village to work with the Trinitario people.\u00a0 The last 5 years of their time in Bolivia, Mike worked in the NTM field offices in the city of Cochabamba.\u00a0 This wide range of ministries has provided a broad base of experience and understanding for their present ministry.<\/p>\n

In 1996 Mike and Gwen became NTM Representatives in the Northwest.\u00a0 Mike travels extensively, speaking in conferences, churches, camps and colleges.\u00a0 \u00a0His passion is to motivate others to serve Christ, enthusiastically challenging all, young and old, to be involved in reaching the lost world for Christ.\u00a0 His presentations offer up-to-date reports from around the world, heart-stirring videos from various mission fields and the chronological teaching materials developed and used by NTM around the world.<\/p>\n

Mike has led various short-term mission trips to Latin America, and for several years has taught the Missions class at Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, WA.<\/p>\n

Gwen enjoys her ministry of hospitality and accompanying Mike on some of his travels.\u00a0 \u00a0Encouraging future and present missionary wives has been an ongoing part of her ministry.\u00a0 \u00a0Bible studies, meeting women one-on-one and sharing in larger venues\u00a0occupies much of \u00a0her schedule.\u00a0\u00a0 When not on the road with Mike, the home office keeps her more than busy.<\/p>\n

Today, their four children are all married with children of their own. \u00a0One of them is serving on the mission field and the others live within the greater Spokane area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
