Ned was set to fly into the remote location tomorrow to do translation checking for two translators in other language groups. The flights only happen every 2 to 3 weeks so not easy to get in and out of. BUT – he is told he was exposed to COVID and now has to quarantine 10 days. It is very frustrating since he just had COVID less than a month ago. They want proof that he had Omicron in January which we don’t have.<\/p>\n
We would appreciate your prayers that he would be able to find a way to get the translation checks done. The checking of his own Old Testament portions is probably going to be very limited. This trip feels like a “series of unfortunate events”. We just have to trust that the Lord has a plan and what He wants accomplished during Ned’s time in Papua New Guinea will happen!<\/p>\n
