I have the luxury of eating three meals a day, of which I am well-aware that much of the world doesn&#8217;t have this option. But, I am convinced that if that blessing is available to us, we are much better off doing it in the company of others. It is a good thing that our small group shares my sentiments.<\/p>\n<p>This particular epic dinner involved another International-themed potluck and homemade ice cream. Mind you, this was the kind of dairy that didn&#8217;t come from a carton and it was fantastic! Things were a little chaotic with people running around the kitchen and Josiah and I being designated to make up a recipe and end up with an edible result.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/paytonandgrace.com\/2013\/06\/half-linc-hayday\/img_2808\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2024\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2024 alignnone\" alt=\"IMG_2808\" src=\"http:\/\/paytonandgrace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG_2808.jpg\" width=\"420\" height=\"316\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>These were quite the selection of machines and we were unsure if they were up to the task.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/paytonandgrace.com\/2013\/06\/half-linc-hayday\/img_2812\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2025\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2025 alignnone\" alt=\"IMG_2812\" src=\"http:\/\/paytonandgrace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG_2812.jpg\" width=\"235\" height=\"350\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/paytonandgrace.com\/2013\/06\/half-linc-hayday\/img_2816\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2026\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2026 alignnone\" alt=\"IMG_2816\" src=\"http:\/\/paytonandgrace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG_2816.jpg\" width=\"263\" height=\"350\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rachel&#8217;s faces make me think she was a skeptic. Jim came to the rescue when one of the machines went kaput. All of his efforts were for naught when we found out some teeth were missing in a gear.
