Happy New Year from the Burns’ family!!<\/p>\n

Our children were not able to make it home for Christmas, but we were happy that some of them\u00a0 came afterwards to spend a few days with us.\u00a0 Cody and Beka just left yesterday to fly back to Spokane.\u00a0 Heather came, also, for\u00a0a few days and flew back to Oklahoma on Friday. We made some fun memories, though the time always seems to go too quickly!\u00a0\u00a0Jason, Tiffany and all the grand kids did not make it, but it was great getting to Skype with them a couple weeks ago.\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

Cody & Beka inspired many of our Awana kids as they shared what the Lord is doing in their lives as missionaries in training.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Heather made friends with our elusive cat, Mistique and also made us some Peanut soup & Cu\u00f1ap\u00e9s\u00a0-a delicious reminder of Bolivia!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We would appreciate\u00a0your prayers for us in this new year.\u00a0\u00a0Pray<\/strong>\u00a0that we will make our\u00a0walk with God<\/u>\u00a0our priority, that we would grow closer to Him.\u00a0 Also, we need to visit all the churches and individual supporters that we missed on our trip west last summer, so a trip to the north and to the east in in our near future.\u00a0\u00a0Pray<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0opportunities to share<\/strong>\u00a0our work\u00a0<\/strong>and what God is doing around the world.<\/p>\n
