They visited Dr. Parker&#8217;s Creation Science Museum in Arcadia, FL and then went on a canoe expedition up the river to find fossils. Apparently the Peace River is a hotbed of fossils. They each came home with a sack full of all sorts of interesting things!  They camped on the shores and were kept awake by an assortment of wildlife including fighting raccoons, hooting owls and, yes, a herd of cows that passed nearby! Callie was the only one to sleep through it all.
