We agreed that on Thursday (the 15th) we would offer a registration day for all interested in participating in the course.  Myself, one of the leaders, and a prior student who will be helping me teach the literacy class  worked together to register those who came. We offer two courses: a three-month course for those who have a little bit of schooling and basic reading\/writing skills, and a six-month course for those who have no background in schooling at all.  We will be starting in a week or so with a three-month class. We have room for more students in the upcoming class so will be offering another registration day next Thursday (22nd) for those who weren&#8217;t able to register this past week.<\/p>\n<p>Pray with us that interest will continue to grow for literacy and that we will be able to register at least another 5 people to fill our upcoming class.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week I (Elin) was able to meet with the various village leaders in regards to the upcoming literacy class.
