Phil and Ellen have served the Lord in Arizona at the Ethnos360 Aviation McNeal offices since January 1992. Phil is the Executive Director heading up the team that delivers aviation service to Ethnos360 and like minded foreign, national and indigenous missionaries living in remote areas of the world. Ethnos360 Aviation currently serves in Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Asia-Pacific, and the Philippines.
In addition to being Phil’s assistant, Ellen works on the media team. She maintains the aviation database and website, and works with the team on such projects as the aviation calendar, outgoing email, publications, ordering merchandise and running the Ethnos360 bookstore.
