About Us

When we first entered our missionary training, we were convinced that God would use us on some foreign shore supporting cross cultural missions. What we didn’t know was that God was going to use all of our previous experience and talents to further the gospel by being part of the team equipping new missionaries to serve throughout the world.

With 2 small children, God led us to our European Training Center located in England to serve for 10 years before bringing us home to the US to serve for the last 13 years in our Ethnos Training Center in Camdenton, MO. We feel blessed to have served in a variety of roles throughout our time of minsitry and look forward to all that God has in store for us in the coming years.

Currently, PJ serves as administrator to the leadership team as well as facilitating our Volunteer program for those who volunteer here at the campus. In July 2021, Heather stepped away from a 6 year job serving as Children’s Ministry Director in our local church to continue full time with Ethnos 360. She works with the Ethnos360 Education Resource Center as an education consultant with an emphasis on helping families in transition. Together, we have recently entered into a new ministry of member care for our staff team. We love missionaries and are excited to be part of the team that provides care for our missionaries serving here at the training center.
