“Jeff, our village does not really understand God\u2019s Words.\u00a0 We don\u2019t need you to come to our village, but we want you to help someone from the Manj\u00fai church to come teach us?”\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This statement abo\"\"ve is part of a conversation that our coworker with the Manj\u00fai, Jeff Hunt, had with a Manj\u00fai friend\u00a0in a grocery store\u00a0in the small town in northern Paraguay.\u00a0 It’s a joy to see the local church grow and begin to reach out.\u00a0 It’s not always neat and tidy, and comes with its share of growing pains, but the Manj\u00fai\u00a0are growing, maturing, and pressing on.<\/div>\n

You may have heard us mention “Expanding the Edge of the Church”<\/em><\/strong>, “Engaging on the Edge of the Church”<\/em><\/strong>, or “A Thriving Church for Every People”<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0That’s exactly what’s going on with the Manj\u00fai… seeing least reached people, reached with the Gospel and discipled. Working with, and as extensions of, not only churches in our various sending countries, but also with the local Paraguayan\u00a0and indigenous churches.<\/div>\n
