{"id":204,"date":"2010-12-15T14:21:04","date_gmt":"2010-12-15T18:21:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/randy-wood\/?p=204"},"modified":"2011-03-10T14:25:41","modified_gmt":"2011-03-10T18:25:41","slug":"merry-christmas-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/randy-wood\/2010\/12\/15\/merry-christmas-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"Merry Christmas 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The snow is falling, the air is crisp, winter is here!<\/p>\n<p>We are so blessed with family and friends during this Holiday Season.\u00a0\u00a0We\u00a0 pray that each of you have a wonderful time this Christmas season.\u00a0 What a marvelous event when Jesus came to earth,\u00a0 born as a baby.\u00a0 Hard to imagine God dwelling among us here on the earth as a man.\u00a0 We are so thankful that He came, lived and died on the cross for our sins, that we can have a relationship with God.\u00a0 Thank you LORD!!<\/p>\n<p>With Thanksgiving behind us and Christmas now here, we want to take this very special time of the Christmas Season to PRAY for each of you\u00a0 &amp; thank you for your prayers and encouragement for us.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<strong>ENJOY AND CELEBRATE THE BIRTH OF JESUS FOR HE IS WORTHY OF OUR ALL!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>When we lived in Papua New Guinea we worked with NTM&#8217;s Interface program.\u00a0 We lived in the Bena Bena tribe.\u00a0 Now there are believers in that tribe, here are some of their testimonies: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heva &amp; Junais (young married couple); Jonson\u00a0( landowner; Heva\u2019s father); Siyo &amp; Sefe (an older married couple from a different Bena village who have been living in the area).<\/p>\n<p>Their testimonies:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heva<\/strong> \u2013 I used to think about earthly stuff all the time \u2013 my garden, girls, fighting, all kinds of cargo \u2013 but now all I can think about is rejoicing in God.\u00a0 He is changing me as I listen to His Talk.<br \/>\n<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Junais<\/strong> \u2013 God provided a substitute sheep for Isaac who died in Isaac\u2019s place; and now He has done the same for me\u2026Jesus is my substitute sheep that took my place so I didn\u2019t have to die.<br \/>\n<strong>Jonson<\/strong> \u2013 I have heard some of this teaching before, but now this time it is so very clear.\u00a0 I\u2019m a sinner and deserve to die for those sins, but God sent Jesus to pay for them instead of me.<br \/>\n<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Sefe<\/strong> \u2013 Long ago, Adam &amp; Eve sinned and God removed them from Himself.\u00a0 All of us are now sinners and are outside of God\u2019s fence.\u00a0 But then God sent Jesus to die on the cross to pay for sin, and now I am in God\u2019s family because I believe what Jesus did for me.\u00a0 I am so thankful to be able to hear this Talk, and now I know that I am in God\u2019s family\u2026Jesus paid for me.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"20\" width=\"600\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;border-left: #cccccc 0px;background-color: #ffffff;margin: 0px;width: 200px;padding: 10px\" align=\"left\" valign=\"top\">\n<div>\n<p><span><span><span>Praise and \u00a0Prayer Request:<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Praise for Jesus Christ our Savior.\u00a0 He saved us from our sins and now HE is our LIFE!<\/li>\n<li>We are heathy for the most part, just getting older.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Our children &amp;
