{"id":209,"date":"2012-10-21T18:09:08","date_gmt":"2012-10-21T22:09:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/randy-wood\/?p=209"},"modified":"2013-07-21T18:52:17","modified_gmt":"2013-07-21T22:52:17","slug":"october-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/randy-wood\/2012\/10\/21\/october-2011\/","title":{"rendered":"October 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>God has been challenging me lately in 2 Corinthians 1:3-7.\u00a0 God has been reminding me that He comforts us as believers in all our tribulations, that we would then be able to comfort others in any trouble, with the comfort that God gave to us.\u00a0 It goes on to talk about that our afflictions are not just for our good but for the good of others as well.\u00a0 The bottom line is God is in control and nothing comes into our lives unless God allow it and it is for our good and for the good of others.\u00a0 What an encouragement and a\u00a0Biblical way\u00a0to look at the things in our lives that aren&#8217;t always easy and pleasant.\u00a0 God is preparing us to comfort others and\u00a0He is using our lives to impact others.\u00a0 Oh that we would allow HIM to have free course in our lives and that He would be our very LIFE!<br \/>\nIn the middle of September, Randy &amp; I once again had the privilege of facilitating in an E.L.I.M (encouraging leaders in ministry).\u00a0 This is a one week relaxation, refocus, and refreshing time for Pastors and Missionaries alike.\u00a0 We are there to come along side, listen to their stories, pray for\u00a0&amp;
