Joy Lauver and Chuck Marshall from NTM Homes came over last week to talk about a new website for their facility.<\/p>\n

NTM Homes is a retirement center for New Tribes Mission missionaries. \u00a0The website will provide information for voluteers, places where people can donate, and basic information about the Homes.<\/p>\n

I began a site-plan and outline for this site over two years ago, and then it was put back on the table; not really having someone from the Homes to manage it and get the last few details wrapped up. \u00a0(Beside me becoming swamped with the usa.ntm.org launch.)<\/p>\n

So, the last few days since the meeting I’ve been adjusting a few pages to fit some changes we talked about and prepping the site as much as I can do. \u00a0I also wrote up several training directions (more like a small manual of pages!) to go over with Joy so she can edit pages, change menus, add news articles, add photo galleries etc. \u00a0She is excited about being able to work on the website and they are most anxious to see the new site go live.<\/p>\n

Lordwilling, the site will go live in September before I leave for my partnership trip, and in October we’ll be able to wrap-up the other half of training materials with Joy for things like adding a video.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
