{"id":564,"date":"2013-09-09T16:41:06","date_gmt":"2013-09-09T20:41:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/regina-sullivan\/?p=564"},"modified":"2013-09-09T16:41:54","modified_gmt":"2013-09-09T20:41:54","slug":"mid-west-travels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/regina-rodman\/2013\/09\/09\/mid-west-travels\/","title":{"rendered":"Mid-west travels!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Yo budi&#8221; is the <a title=\"The Nakui People Group\" href=\"http:\/\/usa.ntm.org\/nakui-people-group\">Nakui word<\/a>\u00a0for saying &#8220;yes possibly&#8221;. \u00a0And it is a reminder of James 4:14-15 &#8211; &#8220;If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.&#8221; Lately I&#8217;ve been listening to some messages by Chip Ingram at <a href=\"http:\/\/livingontheedge.org\/broadcasts\">LivingOnTheEdge.org<\/a> that have been encouraging and one of them was on James 4 about not arrogantly planning apart from God and doing the good that God prompts us to do. \u00a0Friends tell friends about Chip!<\/p>\n<p>So &#8220;Yo budi&#8221; I&#8217;ll be going up to Michigan to visit my sending church and attend their Global Outreach Conference. \u00a0I&#8217;ve been looking forward for several years to attending. \u00a0This is the year! \u00a0<strong>Please pray<\/strong> for my preparations as I&#8217;ll be putting together <strong>six presentations<\/strong> for that weekend. \u00a0<strong>Also pray<\/strong> that I&#8217;ll be able<strong> to connect<\/strong> with everyone at the church during the week that I&#8217;m in Michigan, as well as other partners in the area.<\/p>\n<p>As things turn out the Monday following the conference, Lordwilling, I&#8217;ll be driving up to Wisconsin to film a video shoot at the Bible college. I&#8217;ve never driven more than five hours by myself before, <strong>so pray<\/strong> that God will give me <strong>safety<\/strong>. Also I may be able to visit some partners in this area, so <strong>please pray<\/strong> that God will <strong>work out those details<\/strong> as well.
