Todd Gerst, a church planter with NTM kicked off our semester challenging our staff and student body very well from the Word; establishing once again the importance of a foundation and a worldview based on truth…THE ONLY TRUE TRUTH.

Praise the Lord, we have 127 students at NTBI Jackson these days…studying God’s Word each morning for 3 hours, probably 4 hours of homework after that…for 15 weeks. That is a lot of exposure to the Living Word of God! Interacting with Him throughout the whole time and process…they will not be the same in just a few weeks. What an incredible privilege to be part of their discipleship and growth! Thank You Lord! Some of them will end up with New Tribes Mission. In just a few years they will be on the mission field somewhere studying an unknown language and culture, all with the goal of learning both well enough to teach a people group about God and His one and only Son…and to present the Gospel of Grace in Christ Jesus. For a quick look at how it will unfold, check out this brand new video from NTM…Click here to watch “Awakening”. (less than 3 minutes, but so good!
