Hello, we are the Bright family! Lynn and I (Richard) met in 1986 while I was in the Philippines on a mission trip to help New Tribes Mission (NTM) build a new language school. We fell in love, and were married soon thereafter. Our first child, Myra, was born in Hawaii in 1988. John and Anna followed in the two years following while we were attending NTM Bible School in Jackson, Michigan. In 1993 we committed to serve in the Philippines and were given the opportunity to reach out to the people on the island of Palawan. Our fourth child, Richard was born there in 1996. Twenty-three years and four kids later we are still passionate about serving the Filipino people.
