A Little History…<\/em><\/h2>\n

Rob grew <\/span><\/em>up in South Florida and Amy grew <\/span><\/em>up in South Alabama. \u00a0We were both raised <\/span><\/em>in Christian homes and spent a lot of time involved in church activities <\/span><\/em>while growing up. \u00a0We both knew we wanted to do something <\/span><\/em>for God, but didn’t know while growing <\/span><\/em>up what that would be. \u00a0We met in 2001 while living <\/span><\/em>overseas, in South Korea. \u00a011 months after meeting, dating, and getting engaged, we got married<\/span><\/em> in July of 2002.<\/p>\n

After Korea, we lived <\/span><\/em>in Hawaii for 3 years, where our first daughter <\/span><\/em>was born in 2005. \u00a0This was a wonderful time of serving in our church and learning to be sensitive to God’s calling to full-time foreign missions<\/span><\/span><\/em>. \u00a0We left Hawaii in 2006 and moved <\/span><\/em>to Michigan to begin phase 1 of our missionary training <\/span><\/em>– 2 years of Bible School. \u00a0This is where our\u00a0second\u00a0daughter<\/span><\/em> was born in 2007. \u00a0After graduating <\/span><\/em>from New Tribes Bible Institute in 2008, we moved <\/span><\/em>to Missouri for phase 2 of our missionary training<\/span><\/em>. \u00a0While in Missouri, our son<\/span><\/em> was born in 2009.<\/p>\n

All along our journey since about 2003, we felt a growing <\/span><\/em>interest and passion <\/span><\/em>for Tanzania<\/span><\/em><\/strong>. \u00a0God has opened some amazing doors which will allow us the unique opportunity to be one of the first teams in Tanzania for New Tribes Mission.<\/p>\n

Our Great Commission…<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

Go<\/span> therefore and <\/span>make disciples <\/span>of <\/span>all the nations, <\/span>baptizing them <\/span>in the name of the <\/span><\/span>Father <\/span>and the <\/span>Son <\/span>and the Holy Spirit, <\/span><\/span>teaching them <\/span>to <\/span>observe all that I commanded you; <\/span>and lo, <\/span>I a<\/span>m with you always, <\/span>even to the end of the age.” <\/span>Matt 28:19-20

OUR MINISTRY…<\/span><\/p>\n

…is to reach remote tribal people with the Gospel of Christ. More than<\/span> 2,500 <\/span>people groups are still waiting for the good news of the Gospel. God has entrusted the <\/span>CHURCH <\/span>with the task of reaching those who have never heard. <\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

OUR DESIRE…<\/span><\/p>\n

…is to be a part of the CHURCH’S <\/span>work in REACH<\/span><\/span>ing the nations with the message of Christ.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

OUR COMMITTMENT…<\/span><\/p>\n

…is to Go therefore into all the nations and make disciples. We are officially members with New Tribes Mission and in the process of doing partnership development and support raising before heading to Tanzania in 2011. We commit to serving the members of our supporting churches and learning as much Swahili as we can before heading to Africa, so that we will be most prepared and effective when we arrive on the field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

OUR HOPE…<\/span><\/p>\n

…is that <\/span>YOU<\/span><\/span> <\/span>will <\/span>Partner<\/span><\/span> <\/span>with us to <\/span>REACH<\/span><\/span> <\/span>others with the good news of the Gospel of Christ. We have faith that our great Provider will take care of our daily needs for life and ministry. We recognize our need for believers to be surrounding us in prayer<\/a> and supporting us financially<\/a>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

…for “Whoever <\/span>will call <\/span>upon the name of the Lord <\/span>will be saved<\/span>.” <\/strong><\/p>\n

How <\/span>then shall they<\/strong> call <\/span>upon Him in whom they have not believed? And…

\nHow <\/span>shall they<\/strong> believe <\/span>in Him whom they have not heard? And…
\n<\/span>
\nHow <\/span>shall they<\/strong> hear <\/span>without a preacher? And… <\/span><\/p>\n

How <\/span>shall they<\/strong> preach <\/span>unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “<\/span><\/p>\n

How <\/span>beautiful are the feet of those who bring glad tidings of good things! <\/span>Rom 10:13-15<\/strong><\/p>\n
