Generalao<br \/>Oct. 5, 1928 &#8211; Sep. 10, 2008&#8243; \/><\/a><!--EndImportThumbnail--> <strong>On September 10th, 2008, Cirena&#8217;s mother, Placida T. Generalao went home to be with the Lord.&nbsp;&nbsp;She was born on October 5th,&nbsp;1928 and so lived less than one month shy of her 80th birthday.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mama Cida, as we affectionately called her, is survived by two daughters, Cirena &amp; her sister Josephine Hollins of Albuquerque, NM,&nbsp;and two sons, Epifano &amp; Dupong, both residing&nbsp;in the Philippines.&nbsp; She is also&nbsp;pre-deceased by&nbsp;two daughters and a son as well as her late husband Bienvendo.&nbsp; She also has numerous grand-children and great-grand-children, both in the United States and in the Philippines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Placida, who for the past number of years has resided in Albuquerque, NM,&nbsp;passed away while visiting family and friends in the Philippines.&nbsp; This is a praise as she has always said that when she passed away she would like to be buried in the Philppines next to her husband.<\/p>\n<p>Praise the Lord that we have been able to travel to the Philippines to be with family and friends at this time.&nbsp; We have been tremendously blessed by the outpouring of gifts and prayers from our friends in the United States and Canada&nbsp;for allowing this to happen.&nbsp; Please pray that we will continue to see the Lord provide for the remaining travel and funeral expences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_genesis_hide_title":false,"_genesis_hide_breadcrumbs":false,"_genesis_hide_singular_image":false,"_genesis_hide_footer_widgets":false,"_genesis_custom_body_class":"","_genesis_custom_post_class":"","_genesis_layout":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-19","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","6":"entry"},"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/robert-smith\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/19","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/robert-smith\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/robert-smith\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/robert-smith\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=19"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/robert-smith\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/19\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/robert-smith\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/robert-smith\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=19"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/robert-smith\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=19"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
