The Lord has been using many ministry opportunities, as we mentioned in an earlier post, to prepare us for serving with NTM in Canada. Besides our dramatic roles in “Christian Life” theater and several mission trips, we have been able to complete several years of formal Missionary Training. But what about the things we were doing before we knew we would be serving with NTM? Does what we did before we came to know the Lord matter?
Jinni’s experiences include being partner in an owner/operator child care (before we were married (smile), teaching in public schools, health care for cerebral palsy patients, and 10 years performing with a Children’s Theater Troup. Add to that her Biblical and missionary training and you can tell why she is being welcomed to the NTMC Academy with excitement and appreciation.
Although the industry has continued with its rapid changes and growth, Roland has been afforded over 20 years of training and servicing in the computer/telecommunications field. Since coming to faith in Christ these skills have been leading to his serving with the IT department of New Tribes Mission …very soon!!
Technology and teaching with purpose!
God is using all He has allowed in our life experiences to prepare us as servants and use us in partnership with the ministry team at NTM Canada. We praise the Lord for all He continues to do in revealing His intimate involvement in our lives and ministry!
