{"id":2,"date":"2009-08-14T16:15:33","date_gmt":"2009-08-14T20:15:33","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2009-09-29T12:15:18","modified_gmt":"2009-09-29T16:15:18","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/ron-lindsey\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ron Carrie Lindsey have served at New Tribes Bible Institute since 2002.\u00a0 Ron is the President of the school .\u00a0 Carrie served many years in the deans department and now serves\u00a0as an administrative assistant.<\/p>\n<p>Ron and Carrie worked in Papua New Guinea for eighteen years, nine years as boarding home parents, and nine years as church planters with\u00a0a remote tribal group.\u00a0 After learning a previously unwritten langauge the Lindseys were part of a missionary team that presented the Gopsel to the tribal people.\u00a0 The New Testament translation is currently 70% completed.\u00a0 The church is maturing.\u00a0 Seven Bible tribal teachers are teaching their\u00a0own, and, seven additional evangelists are teaching in a neighboring (different) tribal group.<\/p>\n<p>Ron is a member of the New Tribes Mission Executive Board.\u00a0 This board is responsible for the general oversight of NTM USA and all USA personnel serving abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Ron and Carrie have two grown sons.\u00a0 Both are in ministry.\u00a0 Matthew in Waukesha, Wisconsin.\u00a0 Caleb is enroute to Prague, Czech Republic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ron Carrie Lindsey have served at New Tribes Bible Institute since 2002.\u00a0 Ron is the President of the school .\u00a0 Carrie served many years in the deans department and now serves\u00a0as an administrative assistant.
