My son Jamie was a big blessing with the drive down, being the heavy-lifter with the unpacking, and putting air-conditioners in the windows. Yes, you need them in Florida. I love it!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>New Ministry <\/em><\/strong>&#8211; It\u2019s a perfect fit! I love heading to the office each day. For some of you, a day spent writing and editing might sound, well, tedious. Not so for me.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>New Church &#8211; <\/em><\/strong>Finding a new church can be a daunting task. You feel like such a newbie \u2014 and you know you can\u2019t <em>replace<\/em> your old church family. Several months in, I\u2019m still a newbie, but feeling like I\u2019m starting to belong.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/rosie-cochran\/2014\/07\/07\/three-months-later\/house\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-550\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-550\" title=\"House\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/rosie-cochran\/files\/2014\/07\/House-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/rosie-cochran\/files\/2014\/07\/House-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/rosie-cochran\/files\/2014\/07\/House.jpg 310w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>New Homeowner &#8211; <\/em><\/strong>When I\u00a0 started looking for a house, I figured it would take a while. God had other plans. First night out I saw it. Less than a month later, I was the somewhat surprised owner of my new home. <em>(It is rented out for roughly six months. God was in that as well.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>New Empty-Nester &#8211; <\/em><\/strong>Yes, I\u2019m a new empty-nester as well. Don\u2019t tell my kids\u2014though they may be reading this\u2014but Matt and I thought the empty-nester stage could be a lot of fun! So, it\u2019s kind of anti-climatic to be doing it alone, but it\u2019s another opportunity for God to make His grace and strength so real to me. And He is. I really am just enjoying life.
