As the days get closer to our departure, that is on our minds daily. We have been trying to pre-plan our next four years of living with out the convenience of WalMart, target, Amazon &amp; eBay. Hard to fathom but with shipping costs at $9.00 per lbs, we are thinking hard of what we use on a daily basis that we can pick up here for cheap and ship in a container to Papua New Guinea. Here is a short list of things we have been recommended by other missionaries in PNG to buy in the USA and ship over.<\/p>\n<p>1. Shoes $50\/kid\/yr <strong>($600)<\/strong> &amp; socks $10\/kid\/yr <strong>($120)<br \/>\n<\/strong>2. 4 yrs of Clothes for 3 kids <strong>($1000)<\/strong><br \/>\n3. Make up $150\/yr <strong>($600)<\/strong><br \/>\n4. Printer cartridges <strong>($50)<\/strong><br \/>\n5. Rubber boots for the rainy season $13\/kid\/yr <strong>($150)<\/strong><br \/>\n6. All new 220v electronics &amp; kitchen appliances<br \/>\n7.
