Nya in PNG

October 5, 2009 by Simon and Annika Flanagan

Nya rocksShortly after we returned to PNG in Oct we went be with our team mates the Laureti’s who were staying at the Wagi tribe awaiting the birth of their son Liam. We often took trips down to the river to swim in the cold water and get away from the heat. Our little ones come along too and get to sleep wherever and whenever they can. You can see Nya sleeping on a big rock by the river. When you’re a missionary kid (MK) life can be a little different, even for a baby! Nya is very comfortable here in PNG and fits into our schedule as we travel and spend time with the national people around us. Flexibility is one of the many qualities we need to develope as missionaries and we thank God He has given us a naturally flexible baby. Please continue to pray for us as new parents, may God give us the wisdom we lack for the task.
