Agutaynen walking to Home Bible Study<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

March 6, 2013 will mark the one-year anniversary of Stephen officially reaching the level needed in the Agutaynen language to teach God\u2019s Word.\u00a0 We are still praising God for the endurance and strength He gave Stephen to cross that finish line.\u00a0 One year later, for God\u2019s glory, Stephen is currently leading three Home Bible Studies in partnership with three Agutaynen believers.\u00a0 In these three Home Bible Studies, over 12 Agutaynen households are represented in faithful attendance.<\/p>\n

As God\u2019s Word is being proclaimed weekly in the homes of Agutaynens, their worldview is being challenged.\u00a0 Many of these Agutaynens are now speaking out against their own traditions and superstitions.\u00a0 They are recognizing that these things are of Satan and not of God.\u00a0 As they accept the truths of God\u2019s Word for themselves, the darkness and lies they have lived in are coming to light.\u00a0 In the Home Bible Studies, as a result of accepting these truths, they are asking difficult questions concerning their worldview and traditions.\u00a0 This is revealing their clear understanding of the message being taught from the Bible and their desire to know the truth.<\/p>\n

One particular Agutaynen appears to be very \u201cclose\u201d to salvation.\u00a0 However, if he says \u201cyes\u201d to Christ, then he must say \u201cno\u201d to his family and to their traditions.\u00a0 For him, this would be almost impossible.\u00a0 However, all things are possible with Christ.\u00a0 Please pray that this young man would say \u201cyes\u201d to Jesus and not only him, but also his wife, siblings, father, and aunts.\u00a0 Please also pray for the salvation of all those currently hearing God\u2019s Word.\u00a0 As a result of your prayers, God\u2019s Word is being proclaimed and lives are being changed for God\u2019s glory.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
