class="wp-caption-dt">We are so excited that the water tank tower project has come to a successful completion. After 10 weeks of planning and working, the water tank was moved to its new cement stand and the old rotten wood tower was pulled down. After seeing the condition of the old wood, Stephen was absolutely amazed that the tower didn’t fall down months ago. He even said, “Only God was holding up that old rotten tower”. Several people have asked Stephen the size of each foundation under each cement post. After consulting with several people around the world, Stephen made each foundation 2’ square. In other words, the foundation is firm. No one will ever see these foundations, but nothing can stand on these posts without a firm foundation.

<a tower, when we share the Gospel message among the Agutaynens, we don’t skip the foundation and just build a post. We first need a firm foundation. This too, takes planning and time. The worldview of the Agutaynens is very complex. Therefore, we need to prepare the ground for a good foundation through language and culture study. As the Chronological teaching begins, the Agutaynens quickly see that their worldview and the Bible do not match. Therefore, they must make a decision right away to trust in God’s Word above their worldview. At this point, the foundation is starting to be poured. As the teaching proceeds, the Agutaynens are constantly being faced with challenges. Do they continue to trust in the Bible or do they forsake it? Each time they choose to accept and believe in the Bible, the foundation gets deeper. And then, when we get to the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, the foundation has been laid. At this point, the Agutaynens have a firm foundation to choose whether or not to believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior. Of course, after all this work, we pray that they will cling to Jesus.

At this time, there are six Home Bible Studies taking place in our village. Please pray with us that these Agutaynens will accept God’s Word and believe in Him alone.

We are so excited that the water tank tower project has come to a successful completion. After 10 weeks of
