Walking Away<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Our hearts rejoice in the Lord when an Agutaynen turns to Christ and believes in Him alone for their salvation.\u00a0 But sadly, there is another side of the story: those who reject Him and the Good News.\u00a0 It breaks hearts to see many of our neighbors who have done this.\u00a0 They have heard the clear Gospel presentation in their own language.\u00a0 They have even verbally agreed with the Bible.\u00a0 But in the end, they have walked away.\u00a0 They cling to their traditions and what they can do for God to earn their salvation. \u00a0Oh how it breaks our hearts.<\/p>\n

Recently, we invited a neighbor into our house to share lunch with us.\u00a0 As soon as Ginger started to mention the need to accept the gift of salvation, this neighbor practically ran out of our house.\u00a0 Both Ginger and I stood there shocked and couldn\u2019t believe what just happened. \u00a0In addition, this week, this neighbor and many others will celebrate a festival in honor of the village saint.\u00a0 They are spiritually blind and they cover their ears.\u00a0 We fell like the struggle for these souls has intensified.<\/p>\n
