{"id":1529,"date":"2015-04-24T21:56:53","date_gmt":"2015-04-25T01:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/stephen-jordan\/?p=1529"},"modified":"2015-04-24T21:56:54","modified_gmt":"2015-04-25T01:56:54","slug":"kids-in-ministry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/stephen-jordan\/2015\/04\/24\/kids-in-ministry\/","title":{"rendered":"Kids in Ministry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One of the joys of ministry is seeing our kids share their stories with friends and churches.\u00a0 Often, when we arrive to a new home or church, our kids are shy and quiet at first.\u00a0 They are once again in a new place among new faces.\u00a0 But by the time we are packing up and getting ready to leave, they are talking people\u2019s ears off.\u00a0 The boys love to tell stories of their experiences with cobras, monitor lizards, and climbing coconut trees.\u00a0 On top of telling stories, Jonathan loves climbing the Pastor, as if he were a coconut tree.\u00a0 As parents, we often tell Jonathan not to do this, but Pastors are often very playful with him.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1531\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1531\" style=\"width: 204px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/stephen-jordan\/files\/2015\/04\/IMG_8360.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1531\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/stephen-jordan\/files\/2015\/04\/IMG_8360.jpg\" alt=\"Jonathan and Pastor Walker\" width=\"204\" height=\"287\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1531\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jonathan and Pastor Walker<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A couple of times, Rebekah has had the opportunity to share in churches about her Agutaynen friends.\u00a0 Churches enjoy hearing her perspective and often ask her questions, too.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1530\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1530\" style=\"width: 340px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/stephen-jordan\/files\/2015\/04\/IMG_8358.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1530\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/stephen-jordan\/files\/2015\/04\/IMG_8358.jpg\" alt=\"Rebekah Sharing\" width=\"340\" height=\"348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/stephen-jordan\/files\/2015\/04\/IMG_8358.jpg 340w, https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/stephen-jordan\/files\/2015\/04\/IMG_8358-293x300.jpg 293w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1530\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rebekah Sharing<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Our time in the States is nearing an\u00a0end.\u00a0 The kids still have a few more opportunities to meet new people as we continue to share in churches and in homes.\u00a0 However, our travels are now primarily just in Michigan.
