Sometimes\nwe think moving a house is easier that getting a land title and a building\npermit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\nwere hoping our presents for Christmas would be a building permit and a land\ntitle for Faith Bible Church.  Sadly, neither\none was under our Christmas tree.  But\nnow it is 2019, a new year and new possibilities!  Hopefully this state of \u201calmost there\u201d will\nfinally be \u201cdone\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding\nthe building permit, Gerry, one of our believers, has been very faithful in\ngoing to different offices and obtaining signatures.  He hit a bump last week when someone asked\nfor the church\u2019s \u201crelocation plan\u201d.  This\nplan was supposed to be given to us last April, after a new survey of the land\nwas done.  However, the plan was never\ngiven to us and it appears that we won\u2019t receive one for that survey.  So, we are still applying for a permit\nwithout the relocation plan and hoping that we will be granted a permit, maybe\neven by next week.  Lord willing, if we\ncan break ground in January, we will hopefully have the roof on the new\nbuilding prior to June, which is the beginning of rainy season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding\nthe transfer of the land title, we have been informed now that there is a typo on\nthe deed of sale which doesn\u2019t match another form in the land bureau\u2019s\noffice.  So, we are now needing a letter\nfrom our attorney to correct this typo.  Hopefully,\nhe will be back in his office next week and be able to give us this letter.  Is this the last item?  We hope so. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\ndon\u2019t want to move a mountain or move a house. \nWe just want a title and a permit. \nWe continue to trust the Lord that these are finished this month, maybe\neven this coming week.  Lord willing, we\nare going to have a work day next Saturday to clear the new property in hopes\nthat some digging will take place soon.  Please\nkeep on praying.  Thank you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
