As you all know, December was a month . . . full of anticipation\nwith the church dedication and Christmas program . . . full of uncertainty with\nGinger\u2019s health . . . and full of prayers and words of encouragement from you\nall through email.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you might remember, Ginger was not able to return\nto the village for the church dedication. \nHowever, we were hoping that we all would be able to return to the village\nfor the Christmas Program.  Along with\nthe church dedication, our family and the believers in the village had spent\nseveral months preparing for the Christmas Program.  Songs and script were prepared by Ginger, costumes\nhad been made, background scenes were designed and painted by the Jordan kids,\nand the believers (along with the youth group and Kid\u2019s Bible Club) had several\nrehearsals to practice their scenes and songs. Upon our return two days before\nthe program, the believers were busy with final preparations and rehearsal.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Christmas Program . . . we were excited to\nsee over 100 families come . . . we were blessed as the believers acted out the\nChristmas story while two others read the story from the Bible.  At the end of the program, prior to giving the\nvisitors a gift, one of the church teachers gave a short challenge to the\nvisitors to receive the gift of salvation. \nWe thank the Lord for allowing us to witness this event for His glory\nand thank you for your continued prayers, especially for Ginger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As way of an update on Ginger, she has done well the\nlast two weeks (free of headaches and numbness) and had a follow-up doctor\u2019s\nappointment today.  The doctor is reducing\nmost of Ginger\u2019s medication and would like to see her again in two months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we begun the new year, we are excited to see\nseveral new visitors attending church. \nAs a result, the teachers are talking about starting some new\nevangelistic outreaches in the homes of these visitors.  Please pray for open doors and open hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
