\u201cFor this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality; For God has not called us for impurity, but in holiness.\u201d  1 Thessalonians 4:3, 7<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

As we see several young ladies grow in Christ here in the village, we desire for them to know God\u2019s will for their lives, especially in the area of \u201cpersonal purity.\u201d  With this desire, we developed a short Bible study that spanned over three weeks.  Just prior to beginning this Bible study, we asked the mothers, some believers and some not, to attend this Bible study along with their daughters.  Praise the Lord, 9 mothers and 21 young ladies faithfully attended this Bible study. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studying God’s Word<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

After three weeks of studying God\u2019s Word, 19 of these young ladies committed to live pure lives for Christ.  This is amazing as the truths presented have never been shared with these girls or their moms before this study.  Along with receiving a certificate of attendance, the mothers gave their daughters a ring to wear as a symbol of their daughter\u2019s commitment to purity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please pray for these girls as they strive to live for Him as the first generation of pure girls.  This will not be easy for them.  Please also pray for the Christian moms who attended this class, that they will also live in holiness as Godly examples.  And lastly, please pray for the moms who attended but still do not know Jesus as their Savior, that they too will believe through the godly example and commitment of their daughters.  Thank you very much.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
