#3:\u00a0 How are the believers in the Philippines?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The believers would answer, \u201cOk lang.\u201d\u00a0 This English-Tagalog expression would be translated \u201cJust ok.\u201d \u00a0A Filipino wouldn\u2019t reply with jubilant expressions like, \u201cGreat\u201d or \u201cWonderful.\u201d\u00a0 So, \u201cOk lang\u201d is a pretty good answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All reports indicate that they are doing well.\u00a0 Every week, we are receiving pictures, messages, and even some questions from the believers.\u00a0 Even though we are thousands of miles apart, we are teaching materials?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are you still involved in the church in the Philippines?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, the believers have teaching materials of everything we, the missionaries, taught them.\u00a0 So, just to mention a few items, they have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evangelistic lessons (Creation to Christ),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commentaries\/Lessons for Acts, Romans, 1 Corinthians, Epistles . . . and Revelation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kid\u2019s Bible Club lessons, a six-year curriculum, including lessons and craft materials,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lessons for Sports Bible Camp, seven years of material,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" has reached out to Stephen a few times, seeking clarity about different verses he is preparing to teach.\u00a0 We are excited to see the humility of this man and his desire to grow in knowledge as he prepares to teach others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are also excited to receive pictures of the believers, just functioning as a church body.\u00a0 They are in God\u2019s hands and are continuing to walk with
