What is the news from the Philippines?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, the leaders of the church in the Philippines decided to move the location of the W<\/strong>ednesday E<\/strong>vening B<\/strong>ible S<\/strong>tudy, W.E.B.S.  Instead of meeting at the church, they are now meeting each Wednesday at a different home of a believer.  This rotation is taking them into the homes of mixed families of believers and unbelievers.<\/p>\n\n\n

For example, this week we heard that the Bible study was in the home of the \u201cE\u201d family.\u00a0 At least two daughters, one son and the mother are believers.\u00a0 However, others in this family still haven\u2019t trusted in Jesus as their Savior, as far as we know.\u00a0 So, we are even more excited about the Wednesday Evening Bible Study being held at their home this week, knowing that some unbelievers might be listening. \u00a0This is true of most of the believers; they have family members who still haven\u2019t trusted in Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n

Please continue to pray for the believers, for unity, for growth, for a desire for fellowship, and for a good witness in the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
