Raine

October 30, 2007 by Stephen and Rachel Narwold

(Rain’-ee) n. 1. A cat 2. Small and fuzzy 3. Our new kitten

Ladies and Gentlemen, without further ado, I give you Raine:

RaineShe is currently 2 months old, and weighs 2.1 pounds. She loves to play and cuddle with people, and then randomly bolt off into the next room. I wanted to name her “Bookit” ’cause that’s what she does. The funny thing is that once she gets to the other room, she’ll start meowing as if to say “Where did everybody go?”

She also has a very short attention span. She’ll be playing with a toy for about 4 seconds, when she suddenly gets distracted by absolutely nothing. She’ll just stop and start walking slowly in a random direction until we either get her attention back on the toy, she finds something more interesting, or she decides to book it into another room. She is definitely a strange little being.
