Family Update

November 21, 2017 by Rachel Narwold

Mercy swinging, Naomi, Sullivan on a playground and Asa playing Soccer

We are so thankful that all four of the kids are growing and thriving! Each day is SO full around here, with noise, food, dirt and baby kisses!

Asa is just about done with his first soccer season. He loved playing so much and we look forward to doing it again next year. We’re thankful for an affordable sport option for him! Naomi just got a set of roller blades passed down to her and she’s learning quickly! While she’s out in the driveway “rollerblading” Sullivan has been learning to pedal a bike. He was dying to take those training-wheels off so he could be like Asa and Naomi, and just a few days ago, we did it! He’s now riding his two-wheeler like a big kid. Mercy is 9 months old now! She is a busy little girl, exploring her world….by putting everything in her mouth, of course. She’s just beginning to crawl and get into things. Time to baby-proof!

Homeschooling, caring for the little ones and keeping the house livable is more than a full time job for me right now. I am so privileged to be able to stay home with my kids though, and I can’t imagine it any other way!
